cancellation policy

I understand that life happens, if you need to reschedule or cancel an upcoming appointment, I ask that you do so ASAP or within 48 hours of your appointment. Appointments require a credit card on file to book. Appointments canceled within the 48-hour window will be subject to charges 50% of the total service cost. No-show appointments will be charged 100% of the total service booked.
